Poetry Unleashed

Poetry Unleashed is an open mic format where 12–16 poets present their own texts to the audience. The evening features two sets of poetry, a short break, and the chance to stay afterwards for a drink and conversation.

The event was established in Copenhagen in August 2023 and has quickly become a gathering point for poets, authors, zine creators, and anyone seeking a creative community around poetry. Each month, Poetry Unleashed brings together voices from across the world, offering the audience a unique glimpse into today’s diverse poetry scene.

Readings start at 19.30 and runs for about 2h with a break. You are welcome to stay and mingle with the poets until 23:00!
